Secrets to Making Berry Scones
Scones are usually as dry as British humor. It’s time to lighten up. Get the step-by-step instructions.
This is my go-to blueberry scone recipe. If you have a food processor with a grating disc, use that for the butter - it goes faster and you get better shreds because the butter stays frozen and doesn’t heat up toward the end. And for the sugar you dust the top with, if you have turbinado sugar, use that - adds nice crunch. I made these last week for Father’s Day for my husband and even my kid who dislikes blueberries was super into them.
Damnit. Now I want to make these…
…for me?
